The Bayerisch Häusl is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Bavarian Forest National Park (Nationalpark Bayerischer Wald) in Bayerisch Eisenstein, in the Federal Republic of Germany, only 2 km from the border with the Czech Republic. Bayerisch Eisenstein is a state-recognized climatic spa area located directly at the foot of the Großer Arber (1,456 m), the highest mountain in the Bavarian Forest and the Bohemian Forest (Šumava). The beautiful location invites you to activities such as hiking, cycling and skiing. It is therefore frequently visited by tourists both in winter and summer season.

Excellent Conditions for Skiers

The ski areal Arber (1,456 m) offers almost 10 km of slopes which are illuminated and are daily maintained with artificial snow. For cross-county skiers are prepared trails which are famous for their certainty and quality of snow due to high altitude.

Parking in the Bayerisch Häusl Area

Parking for guests is located directly in front of the cottage (14 parking spaces, with space for a bus). Bikers and car owners can use the garage in the basement of the cottage with a capacity up to 25 motorcycles or 5 cars.
